Hefei, China - September 20–23, 2026 - The 2026 World Manufacturing Convention was held at Hefei Binhu International Convention and Exhibition Center. Anhui Huasun Energy Co., Ltd. (“Huasun Energy”) featured in the New Generation Information Technology and New Energy Pavilion (Advanced PV and New Energy Storage). The company exhibited a portfolio of technological innovations including the Himalaya PLUS high-efficiency heterojunction module, heterojunction-perovskite tandem cells, glass-based TGV samples and P-HJT flexible cells, demonstrating its continuous technological accumulation in high-efficiency photovoltaics to convention delegates.
As a key player in the global heterojunction (HJT) industry, Huasun’s Himalaya PLUS module on display is its flagship n-type HJT product. It delivers a maximum power output of 760 W with a conversion efficiency of 24.5%, and mass-produced units reach 750 W, meeting China’s Class 1 energy efficiency standard. Adopting oversized silicon wafers and negative-spacing design, the module achieves a 95.8% active area ratio, boosting power output without increasing overall dimensions. Enhanced packaging technologies such as butyl rubber edge sealing and flat lamination grant the product excellent weather resistance and long-term reliability. Supporting a 2000 V system voltage, it effectively optimizes BOS costs for power plants and improves project returns, suitable for diverse applications including utility-scale ground-mounted stations, commercial & industrial systems and distributed PV.

Also showcased were heterojunction-perovskite tandem cell samples. Featuring a heterojunction bottom cell serially connected with a perovskite top cell, the design breaks the theoretical efficiency limit of single-junction crystalline silicon cells and enables segmented absorption across the full light spectrum. Leveraging the low-temperature process of heterojunction technology, the tandem cells hold mass-production compatibility with existing production lines, representing the industrial frontier of next-generation high-efficiency photovoltaics.
In addition, the P-HJT flexible cell emerged as a major highlight at the exhibition. Built with an ultra-thin flexible structure, the lightweight and bendable product targets special applications such as space photovoltaics. The accompanying glass-based TGV interposer samples feature precision micro-hole fabrication on ultra-thin substrates, suited for advanced packaging scenarios such as AI computing chips. The concurrent display of these cross-domain achievements illustrates Huasun’s diversified technology portfolio built upon its HJT technology platform.

Huasun Energy will continue to deepen its R&D of heterojunction and heterojunction-perovskite tandem technologies, advance the scaling and industrialization of high-efficiency PV technologies, and contribute to the global clean energy transition.
