Intersolar Europe 2026, the solar industry's foremost annual gathering, concluded its three-day run at Messe München, Germany, from June 23 to 25. Huasun Energy exhibited its flagship Himalaya PLUS module series alongside a range of distributed solar solutions, drawing developers, EPCs, distributors, and industry professionals from around the world and generating strong interest across the European market.
Himalaya PLUS Makes Its European Debut to Positive Market Reception
At this year's show, Huasun Energy introduced the Himalaya PLUS series to European customers for the first time, marking the product line's debut on the international stage.
Himalaya PLUS is Huasun's highest-power HJT module series to date, delivering up to 760W, 24.5% module efficiency, and full compatibility with 2000V system voltages. By combining ultra-large wafers with negative-gap cell technology, the active area ratio has been raised from 93.7% to 95.8%, achieving a power increase of over 20W without any change to module dimensions. On the reliability front, Himalaya PLUS incorporates PIB edge sealing and an anti-migration light conversion film to enhance long-term performance stability.
Furthermore, Huasun’s standard PIB encapsulation technology enables modules to pass a 42.3kV impulse voltage test — significantly exceeding the 34kV threshold required by IEC 61730-1 (2023) — confirming compatibility with 2000V system operation. Taking a 100MW ground-mounted solar power station as an example, compared to 1500V system voltage, a 2000V system built on Himalaya PLUS delivers a 11.95% reduction in balance-of-system (BOS) costs and a 0.86pct improvement in IRR, offering meaningful yield gains for large-scale utility projects.
Throughout the exhibition, professional visitors stopped by the Huasun booth to discuss product performance, project suitability, and partnership opportunities. The combination of Himalaya PLUS's leading power output and 2000V system compatibility emerged as the central topic of conversation among customers on the show floor.
On June 25, concurrent with the close of the exhibition, Huasun Energy completed the first shipment of Himalaya PLUS — marking the product's official entry into commercial delivery.
Distributed Solar Solutions for Diverse Scenarios
Alongside Himalaya PLUS, Huasun Energy presented three additional products developed specifically for distributed and building-integrated solar applications, further expanding the company's portfolio for the European market.
Everest G12R Anti-Glare Module — Featuring specially treated glass that significantly reduces surface light reflection, this module is designed for installations along highways, railways, and airport perimeters where light pollution compliance is required, helping projects meet local visual safety regulations.
Kunlun G12 Vertical Module — Optimized for vertical installation, this module achieves a bifaciality approaching 100% through a specialized BOM configuration, with a steel frame providing enhanced load capacity. Its east-west vertical orientation produces a dual-peak generation curve — morning and afternoon — that aligns naturally with European time-of-use tariff structures, improving overall project returns. Rated up to 720W, the module is also well suited to agri-PV sites, building facades, and perimeter fencing.
Everest G12R Colored Module — Building on the all-black aesthetic already widely accepted in the European residential market, this module extends the offering with a full palette of color options, each paired with a color-matched composite frame, delivering a solution that combines performance with architectural appeal for design-conscious rooftop installations.
