On October 15, the 2025 Malaysia International Green Energy Exhibition opened at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, bringing together global leaders in green technology and sustainable development. As a global pioneer in high-efficiency heterojunction (HJT) solar technology, Huasun presented a range of flagship products from its Himalaya and Kunlun series, covering applications from large-scale ground-mounted and offshore solar plants to commercial, industrial, and residential rooftops.
Among the highlights was the V-ocean marine module, based on the G12-132 design, engineered to perform reliably in challenging offshore conditions such as high humidity, strong winds, salt corrosion, and temperature fluctuations. Through advanced material and structural optimization, the V-ocean module delivers superior stability and has been awarded both the “Certification of Offshore Photovoltaic Products and Their Components” from Bureau Veritas and the “Certification of Differentiated Application and Weatherability” from China’s National Photovoltaic Quality Inspection Center (CPVT), making it an outstanding choice for floating and offshore PV applications.
Given Malaysia’s tropical climate with high temperature and humidity, product reliability is a critical concern. Huasun’s Himalaya series excelled in Kiwa PVEL’s six rigorous reliability tests, including Thermal Cycling, Damp Heat, PID, LETID, MSS, and PAN performance evaluations. Results showed minimal power degradation, with ≤0.05% under LETID486 high-temperature testing (75°C) and ≤1.53% after TC600 extreme temperature cycling (-40°C to 85°C), demonstrating superior durability compared with similar products.
In addition to reliability, power generation efficiency remains a key performance metric. Field data from CTC’s outdoor empirical text in Hainan showed that Huasun’s G12-132 HJT modules achieved 291.68 kWh/kW, outperforming comparable BC modules (283.26 kWh/kW). On average, HJT modules delivered up to 14.18% higher daily energy yield and average 2.97% higher generation per watt. With an excellent temperature coefficient of -0.24%/°C, these modules maintain strong efficiency under hot and humid conditions, making them well-suited to the Malaysian market.
During IGEM 2025, Huasun engaged in in-depth discussions with global customers, showcasing its advanced HJT technologies and firm commitment to customer value and product quality. Through this exhibition, Huasun aims to strengthen partnerships across the industry, accelerate the mass production of 730W+ HJT modules, and deliver greater energy yields and value for solar projects worldwide.
