Recently, Anhui Huasun Energy Co., Ltd. was awarded the HJT 2000V module certification by the internationally recognized third-party testing and certification body TÜV SÜD.

The certification, based on IEC 61215 and IEC 61730 standards, signifies that Huasun’s HJT 2000V modules fully comply with the performance and safety requirements of major global markets. As one of the first HJT modules to pass 2000V certification, this achievement represents not only a product-level breakthrough, but also a pivotal step forward for the photovoltaic industry in advancing toward a 2000V high-voltage platform.
The certified Himalaya 760HV 2000V module is Huasun’s flagship product designed for large-scale ground-mounted power plants and high-value application scenarios. Leveraging the inherent advantages of HJT technology—high efficiency, low degradation, and superior bifaciality—the module incorporates a high active-area ratio and negative gap design. This innovation increases the effective power-generating area by 2.1%, achieving an industry-leading active-area ratio of 95.8%, boosting output power by 20W and improving module efficiency by 0.66%, delivering a significant enhancement in power density per unit area.
On the manufacturing side, the product continues to adopt a mature half-cut cell structure combined with large-format wafers and negative gap technology. This enables high-yield mass production without large-scale modifications to existing production lines, ensuring rapid scalability and market deployment. By balancing technological advancement with manufacturability, Huasun has laid a solid foundation for the industrialization of the 2000V platform.
The acquisition of the HJT 2000V primary certification not only underscores Huasun’s technological leadership in high-efficiency heterojunction innovation, but also sends a clear signal of the industry’s transition toward higher-voltage systems.
