The results of OFweek 9th Solar PV Awards 2023 were unveiled on August 28th. Huasun Energy once again won the Ultra-High-Efficiency PV Module Award and firstly won the Outstanding Residential PV Brand Award.

Utilizing advanced bifacial microcrystalline heterojunction(HJT)cells, designed with SMBB, PIB and light conversion film encapsulation technology, Huasun's Himalaya series HJT solar modules have the advantages of ‘four highs’(high efficiency, high power, high bifaciality, high reliability) and ‘four lows’ (low temperature coefficient, low attenuation, low LCOE, low carbon emissions). These modules have been widely applied in various scenarios such as utility-scale plants, residential rooftops, and C&I rooftops.

The G12-132 module, which was nominated for the Ultra-High-Efficiency PV Module this time, achieves a max. module power of up to 730W. In PVEL's PQP tests, its remarkable performance surpasses all the other modules in terms of specific energy yield, reducing the levelized cost of electricity (LCOE) effectively, and earning a good reputation in utility-scale solar plants.

Meanwhile, the G10-108 module, competing for the Outstanding Residential PV Brand, achieves an impressive module power of 450W, 40W higher power than the mainstream modules, and resulting in a daily power generation gain of 6%.

 

Additionally, this module has expanded on the conventional design by developing black-framed transparent glass and all-black lightweight module series, not only enhancing the aesthetic appeal of residential buildings, but also further alleviating the load on rooftops.
