Digging into cutting-edge technical innovation and revolution, Huasun gathers the most experienced talents in HJT field, and forms a super R&D team led by authorities in the industry, to explore effective approaches to improve solar cell efficiency, and pursue the low-cost but productive mass production of HJT solar cells and modules.

These team members, with average of 15 years experience in PV technology development and management in top companies, have participated in and led a number of projects of R&D and industrialization about silicon-based thin film and HJT, and successfully set a variety of records upon HJT solar cell efficiency in China and abroad.

Huasun is the first company to simultaneously integrate R&D and industrialization of HJT industry chain. Relying on strong R&D capability and long-term planning, the company has taken the lead in applying μc-Si technology and silver-coated copper paste in manufacturing, and laid out the research and development of μc-Si, HBC, copper electroplating and heterojunction-perovskite tandem cells synchronously.

Huasun continuously explores the deep integration of advanced technology, intelligent manufacturing and clean energy to actively promote the practice of carbon neutrality across the world. With the completion of global HJT module projects, our solutions have contributed to lowering energy costs, reducing carbon dioxide emissions and further promoting the use of renewable clean energy.

Huasun now owns 20GW capacity of high-efficient HJT products, ranking as the world’s largest HJT manufacturer. The company plans to achieve 40GW total production capacity by the end of 2025.

Huasun's factories are equipped with whole sets of temperature and humidity control equipment. All production lines are controlled by centralized software, and each production equipment can detect and report any faults online, ensuring product quality and improving production efficiency.
